After attending the University of Colorado in Boulder, Kent embarked on a journey that led him from Hollywood’s entertainment scene to the competitive world of real estate. In his early career, he spent time immersed in entertainment before transitioning into real estate in downtown Los Angeles. At Garson Industrial Realty, he connected with business associate and then life-time family friend Ramon Bonin, whose development expertise and mentorship played a key role in honing Kent’s expertise in industrial and commercial real estate. His rapid ascent to becoming a broker was marked by a visionary approach and his unique sales and promotional acumen, laying the foundation for a trailblazing career.
Kent’s real estate achievements are as impressive as they are transformative. Under his leadership, his company successfully subdivided and sold hundreds of prime properties across Southern California. This success not only underscores his strategic foresight but also highlights his unwavering commitment to excellence in all aspects of his work.
Beyond real estate, Kent channeled his creative entrepreneurial spirit into the world of media and production. As co-founder of Marino Wyatt Productions, he produced national television shows whereby host Pete Marino featured stars such as Alice Cooper, Rod Steward, Beach Boys, and a chain of others. The show “This is San Francisco” ran for a period of 3 years and received an Emmy-nomination. As producer and partner in Shokent Entertainment, he and Sho Kosugi produced the international documentary “Masters of the Martial Arts” starring Sho Kosugi that ran for 3 years. As co-writer, producer, and host of “The Stock Show” he further showcased his multifaceted talent, featuring in-depth interviews with influential CEO’s and business leaders in the stock market, including the presidents of The Stock Brokers Society and NASDAQ. In addition to his creative endeavors, Kent has made significant strides in innovative advertising and promotional campaigns. He has developed groundbreaking marketing strategies for major hotels and engineered high-profile kiosk installations across 11 Western states for the United States Post Offices. These diverse initiatives speak to his ability to combine creativity with strategic vision, consistently pushing the boundaries to generate meaningful results.
Today, Kent has channeled his extensive experience back to his real estate and investment roots with business partner and financial planner Dane Smith. Together, they are developing Regency Ridge Estates, a luxury vacation home and private community nestled in the breathtaking Colorado Rockies. With a family history in Colorado that spans over a century, Kent has assembled a top-tier team of professionals to bring this vision to life. Dane Smith
Co-Chairman and CFO
Raised in Tucson, Arizona by a general contractor, Dane Smith built a strong work ethic and a hands-on understanding of quality work from an early age. After completing college, he quickly distinguished himself as a Project Manager and Estimator for Al Johnson Construction, where he was promoted and managed multi-million dollar roadway projects. Early experience instilled in him a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage large-scale projects efficiently. His career is defined by precision, resilience, and innovative problem-solving.
Transitioning seamlessly into the financial sector, Dane emerged as a visionary leader at a division of Citi Group, where he took on the role of Regional Vice President. In this capacity, he built a thriving insurance agency composed of hundreds of agents and established himself as a trusted financial planner for hundreds of clients. His tailored financial strategies, developed through deep market insight and rigorous analysis, have consistently helped clients safeguard and grow their assets. Under his robust leadership, his brokerage team and brokers manage portfolios with hundreds of clients thus becoming synonymous with expert financial planning and asset management, reinforcing his reputation as a standout authority in financial stewardship.
Dane’s entrepreneurial drive led him to further diversify his portfolio. He founded and operated a successful mortgage company that consistently funded and closed between $5 and $10 million in monthly loans until the market downturn. Not one to be confined by traditional boundaries, he expanded his business and later developed Fin-Tech sales and marketing software (SaaS) with a substantial subscriber base and co-founded a national life insurance agency, extending his influence across all 49 states. In each of these ventures, his financial planning expertise and strategic vision have played a central role in driving sustainable success.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dane remains passionately committed to his family and community. Married to Contessa and a proud father to five adult children and ten grandchildren, he has been an active pillar in his church for over 35 years, serving as an elder and co-chairman of the board expanding the congregation to approximately 2,000 members. His community involvement also includes coaching soccer for 15 years, directing tournaments with over 300 teams, and leading various nonprofit projects and men's ministries. Dane’s unique blend of financial acumen, strategic leadership, and community engagement makes him an invaluable complement to his business ventures. Marc Soloway
Architect
Marc Soloway, AIA, a graduate of the University of Arizona Architecture Program, creates an atmosphere where the focus and design philosophy centers around the client. As the founder of Soloway-Designs, he directs the exclusive architecture firm and all of its components in a very meticulous manner providing immediate response to any questions and deadlines. Marc is known by developers throughout the USA and hundreds of home owners as an architect who emphasizes that each of his clients need to be involved ensuring the finished product is so much more than they could have ever envisioned.

Executive Vice President / Operations Director
After attending Ferris University in Michigan where he studied business administration he became interested in development and construction, built his family home and found his niche. He became a finishing carpenter and with a critical eye became supervisor for major developers and custom builders.
Mr. Bardes is in charge of operations including the purchase and quality control of all products to make sure they meet the required criteria. He will oversee the builders to insure “Regency Ridge Estate Homes” and the “Regency Ridge Clubhouse” are designed, built and completed on time and that fractional ownership units are ready for sale as projected.
Michael Anselmi
Media / Brand Strategist
Michael Anselmi’s entrepreneurial career in graphic design and digital marketing spans many years. He has worked for and with Los Angeles’s finest jewelry companies, entertainment and modeling agencies as well as retail fashion companies and dozens of businesses. His unique talent includes creating company websites, online marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) as well as overseeing marketing campaigns and media.
His unique experiences in life have made Mr. Anselmi well-rounded in many subjects, cultures, and international business. His principles and love for visual design, digital marketing and social media / technology make him a valued member of Regency Ridge Estates management.
Nicholas Wyatt
Production Department / Video Editor
Nicholas has strong interpersonal skills as well as computer skills dealing with the internet and exceptional knowledge about social media. With a keen eye for detail and a critical mind, he communicates unique ideas and assists in the production of content, music and editing. His genuine interest in videography, film and video editing accelerated his unusual proficiency in Final Cut. Nicholas is constantly in the process of learning support programs. He attended the College of So. Nevada and is a true complement to Regency’s creative team.
