Kent Wyatt
Chairman / CEO
After attending college in his native Colorado, Mr. Wyatt went to California to focus on music and the entertainment industry. Once married, he got his real estate license and joined Garson Realty in downtown Los Angeles leasing and selling industrial and commercial real estate. Soon after, he became a real estate broker and he and his associates subdivided, managed and sold hundreds of acres including building lots for commercial and residential development in prime areas such as La Costa, San Diego Country Estates, North Los Angeles County and Hesperia, CA. Since the 80’s, he has purchased, developed and sold many personal and investment properties including luxury homes and shopping centers.
Bill Bardes
Executive Vice President / Operations Director
After attending Ferris University in Michigan where he studied business administration he became interested in development and construction, built his family home and found his niche. He became a finishing carpenter and with a critical eye became supervisor for major developers and custom builders.
Mr. Bardes is in charge of operations including the purchase and quality control of all products to make sure they meet the required criteria. He will oversee the builders to insure “Regency Ridge Estate Homes” and the “Regency Ridge Clubhouse” are designed, built and completed on time and that fractional ownership units are ready for sale as projected.
Barry Hasselman
Senior Vice President / Development
Mr. Hasselman grew up in a family of general contractors. After college Barry was propelled into construction management, and he launched an excavation business which he ran for 20 years. When the Southwest was experiencing tremendous growth, Mr. Hasselman contracted many projects with his boutique company then became a valued subcontractor with exclusive builders such as Pulte, KB Homes, D.R. Horton, Richmond American and Toll Brothers. During this time he oversaw and managed 26 subdivisions to completion. He has participated in a number of commercial properties including hotels and one of the Ritz Carlton projects.
Sarah Wyatt
Corporate Secretary / Treasurer
Sarah has a B.A. degree in French Studies. She held a CA Real Estate License and owned investment properties for about 20 years before moving from California to Las Vegas. She also owned and managed an Art Gallery there. She also served as the corporate financial officer for Atlantic Syndication Network and Atlantic West Entertainment where she assisted in the formidable planning required for participation in real estate management, television and media production companies. Her varied experience in business is invaluable to Regency Ridge Estates development.
Michael Anselmi
Media / Brand Strategist
Michael Anselmi’s entrepreneurial career in graphic design and digital marketing spans many years. He has worked for and with Los Angeles’s finest jewelry companies, entertainment and modeling agencies as well as retail fashion companies and dozens of businesses. His unique talent includes creating company websites, online marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) as well as overseeing marketing campaigns and media.
His unique experiences in life have made Mr. Anselmi well-rounded in many subjects, cultures, and international business. His principles and love for visual design, digital marketing and social media / technology make him a valued member of Regency Ridge Estates management.
Nicholas Wyatt
Production Department / Video Editor
Nicholas has strong interpersonal skills as well as computer skills dealing with the internet and exceptional knowledge about social media. With a keen eye for detail and a critical mind, he communicates unique ideas and assists in the production of content, music and editing. His genuine interest in videography, film and video editing accelerated his unusual proficiency in Final Cut. Nicholas is constantly in the process of learning support programs. He attended the College of So. Nevada and is a true complement to Regency’s creative team.

George Chase
Construction Consultant
George hails from New Jersey and attended college in New Jersey and New York. With over 35 years in the construction his East Coast projects included hundreds of homes in the Quad State area of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut for Ryland Homes. As Project Supervisor, he completed a number of development projects including Phase 1 and 2 of the Painted Desert Country Club in Las Vegas. He was also supervisor for other developers including Shulman Homes where they completed 3 spec projects with over 120 homes.
